Just made a batch - were absolutely delicious!!

Tips:
1. the meat DOES NOT STICK ONTO THE TORTILLA no matter how hard you press it. Slap the raw product onto the pan (make sure you preheat it) and then swirl it around until the beef on the bottom is brown. take your hand/left utensil and a spatula and flip it over. close the cover and let the tortilla inflate for a minute or so.

2. they come out kind of oily for my taste so i prefer to pat them down with paper towels

3. I lined a giant sheet pan with parchment paper so it doubles as a build area and assemble area (just wash your hands and keep your raw meat away from the cooked meat). Also clean-up is going to be mess-free and you don't really need to wash the sheet pan.

4. i slid in two toothpicks (per taco) near the top-middle region of the taco to hold it in place better.

Mayo, garlic, pickle, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, ketchup

Ground meat on tortia. Cook it. Flip it. Add cheese. Once melted, add sauce and lettuce

Pressing the raw meat on the tortilla and cooking it together is brilliant! I've never seen this done before but it makes so much sense! No more meat filling falling out and the rest of the ingredients are added before folding which makes for a perfect taco!
