A lot of people in tech is going to love this! The discovery and iteration phase can live on something free on all apple devices. I hope the friendliness continues between Microsoft and Apple continue and Freeform comes to windows at some point for my pc using team mates.

Miro is still much easier to hand off as documentation for client work in terms of design and user for workshops. but it easy expensive for a corporate license if freeform plays nice with windows users. I will definitely download it to my iPad and Mac.

I can see me using this to help my kids with homework without having to be right over their shoulder. Also, if I’m out of town i will still be able to do the same.

I wish they had line smoothing as an option. That was something I loved about Freehand. Also the press/hold creating perfect shapes etc.

I wish you could customize the toolbar more. Choose colors to be defaults, which tools to use, etc. Looking forward to seeing another company throw their hat in the ring for these kind of apps

it’s sort of the Apple OneNote, but made recently, from scratch, so slicker, than Microsoft’s.
The real-time sharing thing is huge, if it works properly..One will be able to carry a conversation, let’s say, on a call with person X, and share drawings and annotations in real time, getting very close to having a meeting but..not necessarily being physically present.
i’m pretty curious about it.

Looking forward to 16.2 with Freeform. I use another app at the moment, but not many do. However, it does have bookmarks to let you jump around your canvas easily. This is helpful when it expands and the area is much bigger than the screen. The zoom capability is great, but of limited use for a large canvas.

I was (& still am) looking forward to Freeform. I discovered through another video, that "Numbers" does pretty much the same thing. I've now been using Numbers as Freeform for a couple weeks. Amazing. I had no idea. Numbers went from my least favorite Apple App to my favorite.

I have been holding off using Miro for Freeform as I prefer to stay in the Apple eco system. This is a great intro video Chris. Would like draw to structured shape like in notes to come to Freeform.

I wish the board was also dark as I love dark mode. Overall seems like a good app to try.
