You should add a feature to draw/write straight lines, round circles, arrows, etc. and not really exclusively on the stickers menu. It should be just like in Notes. It seems kind of inconsistent and it’s time consuming

I like "Freeform" a lot but I miss auto-shapes and automatically straight lines, which almost every other drawing program including "Apple Notes" offers. For "Freeform" this feature would be absolutely essential and I can't understand at all why it wasn't implemented right away 🤷🏻‍♂

The Freeform App is awesome ! It is unfortunate that we cannot organize boards in folders or by context.

I prefer the dynamic pen weight that increases with pressure like in Notes. But I think that would be so much data to load live between multiple devices.

Why doesn't the mac os version have a pen in the tools? This would help creative people a lot since many of us have pen tablets like wacom's and others that we use with our mac computers.

Also, you can combine objects by holding two or more at the same time and choosing the combine feature. I discovered that on my own last night after the iOS update.

Is this a possible alternative to apps like goodnotes or notability?

I feel like Freeform is good, but it’s only about 80% of the way there.
*The tool palettes are a bit clunky compared to Flow and GoodNotes.
*Easier access to frequently used color palettes without multiple clicks is essential.
*The image paste from ‘copy image’ in safari works great, better than any of the other apps.
*The infinite board is great.
*Export doesn’t work from the icon one would expect.
*The solid white or white bullet journal style background is a little harsh on the eyes.
*Alignment is fantastic.
*Lasso needs to be able to grab more than just drawn items.
*Lasso requiring 100% of the item to be grabbed is spot on.

Like I say, 80% there, but a really good first version. I like it, but I want to love it.

The official app ive been waiting for. But, is there a way to turn off handwriting correction in Freeform (or in Notes)? I can write perfectly in Goodnotes or in Notability with Apple Pencil but unfortunately Apple apps corrects (idk if this is the right term) my lines and my letters.
