By any chance anyone who cannot see the same menu as shown on the video to switch the MMS toggle has recently changed its wireless provider?
I switched to Google FI and it has been a pain to send pics and videos. It seems I only capable to send those to Iphone owners. Also, I don't see the menu shown on the video either to activate the MMS.

Ok so i didn't have the option for this, so to try and get the message that i was trying to send i disabled imessage and then it sent, if ye don't have the option either maybe try disabling imessage and or sms.
