A reaction to a very cool video by a person who despite having COPD and using extra oxygen, manages to keep exercising at a very high level. Very inspiring to watch!
Also a few comments about ambulatory oxygen and how it is a form of treatment to correct low blood oxygen levels rather than a therapy purely for breathlessness. People who are prescribed extra oxygen and use it correctly generally have more efficient metabolisms and less strain on vital organs such as the heart, leading to better long term outcomes (by preventing further complications)

I was surfing everyday and gym. Had quit smoking 2 years ago. Got COVID then I got lung sepsis end of last year. Now struggling everyday. My fev1/fvc was LLN 71% pre and 73% post. I'd assume it's much less now as that was done 4 months ago. I'm only 45.

Going to have a bunch of tests done later this month to figure out where I am at. I want to be like this guy. However my heart also got damaged.

Also have asthma, sleep apnea and possibly IBS post camphobacter infection after the sepsis.

I workout and use creatine. I recently heard that it worsens asthma and breathing personally I haven’t seen any effects but is it true and if so do everyone experience it?
