At least he is more honest than most people selling this trash!
But the product is a terribly stupid thing to do !
I get term and then invest the difference and I’ll always have more cash available than you will have collateral to borrow from! Always ! After first two years my term policy will always be the same and after about ten years or twenty years for some people you no longer need life insurance!
I dint need it now because the money you use to make the insurance company rich I used to make me rich

I have not seen any policy that pays 5% in fact the most I have ever seen is 4 and that’s why it’s a terrible investment
