Nice fix, good save on the autobox let's just hope the owner takes the hint and the bonnet catch sees a bit more wear & tear from here on in... Common issue on PSA group automatics/piloted manuals too, although the cooler takes the form of a heat exchanger in a sandwich plate bolted to the gearbox casing. Interesting to note the troublesome brand there is also Valeo :/ Other makes of cooler seem less prone on this style, wonder if the same holds true with the integrated ones in their rads too?

I've been fixing my volvo s60 2003 2.4D here and there always according to your videos and I find them really helpful.
Could you make a video talking about fixing the clutch of a manual volvo s60 2003? I'd love to know the best way to fix it because mine started to make noise and and vibrations...
The vibrations stop when i press the clutch in but I'm thinking about just replacing the clutch bearing and the friction disks (i don't know how they are called).

Would be really great to hear from you.

Now i will look under the hood every day 😂 I just flushed the transmissiom fluid with volvo OEM transmissions olja. And flushed the coolant a month ago
