I have most of these symptoms of POCS : on obesity, excess insulin in my blood, hair on my face chest Aunt other parts I don't approve of, high blood pressure, dried skin, and irregular periods. Periods but now I'm being treated with metformin, Lisinopril, and spiralactone and they're doing a great job with treating my conditions.

I have a question! If I take my blood sugar reading with the device diabetics do, would it show an elevated insulin level?
