I have to think of the elderly man. Maybe he loves them very much and they keep him company but he doesn’t have the money or accessibility of grooming them. They didn’t look hungry so he must be caring for the dogs the best he can. With the cost of everything being so high soon only the rich will be able to have pets. Which is a shame because as a senior on a fixed income it’s hard to pay vet bills. But being alone and a senior you need that unconditional love from animals.

If the owner loved his pets wouldn't it have been nice to groom them and help the man with supplies so he could keep them if he wanted! Elderly have a right to own pets. If they need help, that would be a better situation to me! No need to find forster homes when all that was needed was the same costs you would spend on finding new homes!

Poor guy, he obviously fed the dogs, but he's probably on a fixed income and can't afford grooming and is too old to do it himself, hope he is well, the dogs are resilient and they don't seemed traumatized, they will be fine, let's help save our fellow humans who are sometimes in the same condition as abandoned animals,

I rescued a pup from a guy who bred his poodle and didnt expect 11 pups. He sold 5 and was habding out the rest. Fluffy is pure bred and so sweet
