Your video was very helpful to me. I am a new home groomer lol. I have 2 toy poodles and one is not behaved for a groomer so I need to do it myself. I had no idea what the difference was between the 10 blade Vs the other numbers. Now I know. Thank you!! My dog is in bad shape. He needs the 7 like this dog

Use a 40 blade for paw pads especially when matted

When a groomer says so the ears can breathe....they don't mean literally cos they have no lungs....it means clear all the air from the ears so they can be less clogged with hair so the ears don't get too hot cos of ear the saying....let the ears breathe...
