How to get out of friend zone with women you may have been stuck in friend zone with for many years.


In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who has been stuck in friend zone with eight different women for many years. He has now read my first book, 3% Man, seventeen times and is in the process of applying what my book teaches with all eight of these women to get out of friend zone. His email details his successes and failures with six of these women so far. It’s a really interesting case study because of the different responses he’s gotten from each of them. It is so time consuming to be friends with 8 women than to have just 1 girlfriend, and you're only getting about 1/8 of the benefits.

Coach. Your work has made me feel like I'm the only person in a dark room with night vision goggles. What is equally astonishing is how few are open to your work when I recommend it. Even when I tell them it's a way to avoid future pain.

This is encouraging to hear. As someone who has had way more than even 8 women I'm stuck in the "friendzone" with, I've almost been getting hopeless as to if anything would ever work out for me. I know I need to keep working on myself, it's hard though when I'm not seeing the results I want to see.

Typical nice guy approach - start friendship first and then try to turn it into romantic relationship. That BS only happens in movies and love novels not in real life. Never settle for less than you want... Never apologize for wanting them. Have balls to tell women u are not interested in just being friends with them and call u if they change their minds. If they reach out make a definite date, flirt with them, try to kiss them, hang out, have fun and hook up. If u get their cheeks instead, move on and never contact them.

He sees them as “options” that’s dead wrong. When a woman friend zone’s you? Look at it as an opportunity to learn and level up to a better caliber of woman and walk away. If she contacts you out of the blue? Be cordial and charming but don’t make any plans(let her do it) to get together. If she doesn’t? She’s just looking for attention (but not you necessarily) and validation.
