A raw 783 bench a 1102 raw squat 600 raw bench and 904 deadlift twice 2606 raw total..nothing else matters now. Who cares about the lighter guys

Great video as always, just have a couple unrelated questions tho about the programs in your Book .
u and Dr.mike said Legs should be before Pull day cause the back fatigue can interfere with the Leg work (Squats, deadlift) .. does this also apply on the full body day ?
cause u program it (Rows then bench then Deadlift or squat) or this doesn't matter cause it's just one exercise and legs not the only focus of the day ? .. would like to hear your thoughts

also, a side thing the only unilateral Chest work is dumbbell presses but i dunno why whenever i go down with dumbbells whether it's a 45 degree angel or 65 my shoulder hurt unless i did a narrow tucked in dumbbell bench press it's Ok then .. weirdly enough the same with machine press .. although i am arched slightly and packed my shoulders back and down !
so is it Ok not doing a unilateral chest work ? and just stick to Barbells ?

nice I enjoyed the thumbless grips as well!! but what I really liked...Im not a powerlifter btw...is on those benches...THERE IS AN ACTUAL RANGE OF MOTION!!! NON OF THIS BULLSHIT 2 INCHES CRAP U SEE ALL THE TIME!! great video!!
