4 MEDIUM APPLES, YOUR CHOICE, SLICED
2 CUPS SUGAR
1 FULL TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE

PUT IN ICE BOX FOR 30 MINUTES, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, IT MAKES ITS OWN JUICE.

3/4 CUPS OF COCONUT OIL OR YOU CAN USE REGULAR OIL
2 3GGS
2 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 TSP SODA
2 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP GROUND CLOVES
2 CUPS FLOUR

GREASE AND FLOUR A 9 BY 9 PAN

BAKE AT 350 FOR 55 MINUTES.
LET COOL ON RACK FOR 30 MINUTES
