Not entirely true on the attachments. Certain barrel and ammo mod attachments DO affect damage range negatively, larger magazines still have a slower reload speed, all lasers also display at the hip now. They only removed mobility and handling penalities from attachments, so, for example, a muzzle brake or red dot, won't increase your ADS time by 10% or lower your vertical movement speed and make you slower with that weapon equipped. Some attachments still have cons, that's why there's still a list labeled "cons."

I dont like that there are no attachment cons it makes it feel obvious what to pick as with the Low recoil of most guns already you don’t have to worry about the no stock making it bad recoil you get a fast smg with no downsides
