why EVERYONE is Playing Black Ops 3 in 2024

It all boils down to the Zombies community keeping it alive. The community creating all the great maps is keeping it going. Some of the new zombie maps are even better than the original ones. They are just so good and polished, it makes you wonder why activision, trey or whoever cant do it as well as the great community.

BO3 was the best gaming experience for multiplayer and zombies
First COD where I actually grinded all diamond camos, and reached 100+ on zombie rounds.
Playability is outstanding and with workshop/custom maps on Steam, its almost endless now

Still never let go of the idea of a zombies stand alone game. It would be perfect. A dedicated platform for new maps, remastered old maps, and workshop tool maps/mods in one place. Imagine a game where they release like 1 new zombies map every cod season and for the reloaded update, they could release a remaster of an old map. It’s not gonna happen but just imagine a game on the new cod engine with every single previously released map, plus new maps as well. It would be tucking insane

It's easy actually. We watched the Golden Era of COD slip away from us and once we got BO3, we recognized it as a gem and held onto it for dear life because we didn't know if we would ever get that feeling again. Like you said at the end, once another damn good COD comes out, BO3 will finally be able to rest. Until then, we'll see ya in the workshop!

What I loved about BO3 was that it felt a bit like doom. It wasn't overly hectic like the modern cod titles, but there was enough arcade to it so that it felt fluid and would take you into the zone. It just struck the right feeling and you can't really put a name on that. I think earlier titles like WAW and BO1 done well in regards to atmosphere. I'd love a game with BO3's movement (maybe without jetpacks) and WAWs atmosphere.

BO3 still holds up incredibly well in terms of graphics, gameplay, and content. If Activision had any intelligent ideas they'd remaster the game to cash in on this hype.

its the best call of duty every made imo. And I am 23 years old so I have played every COD in existence. No game compares to the amount of fun I had on bo3.

Easy answer because even if you dont want to play the same goated maps you can always branch out to custom games (that is if you have a PC). Regardless this game's zombies will always be replayable

I reconnected with my old childhood friends last year and they told me to buy BO3 and Zombies Chronicles because we played WAW and BO when they came out. I’m so glad that I did. The quality of life improvements to the maps and mechanics versus the original maps makes these the definitive versions to play. I was playing Zombies this morning before work lol.

the amount of maps and stuff you can do in BO3 zombies is amazing. No other call of duty game after bo3 was able to have the variety that it had

Nobody wants to admit this because they don't have any balls but black ops 3 was the last greatest game made by Treyarch and by far the best call of duty ever made. I wont ever stop playing this game. I cant believe that its nearly 8 years old, it feels like it only came out yesterday.

Black Ops 3 Zombies is still the greatest Zombies experience to date. IWZombies is a close second, being the next best complete Call of Duty gameplay loop that worked 🔥🐻

I loved this game for some reason. The campaign was weird but creative. The jetpacks and wall running kills were so satisfying.

The reason we will not have another zombies experience like BO3 is because Activision is catering to their new players more than their old. They make the zombies experience too easy so it’s more new player friendly, while the more experienced players are forced to play older games just to enjoy themselves.

On everything if we got another zombies chronicles, or extra DLC for Black Ops 3 we could potentially see a spike up to 15, 000+ concurrent players and it was 100% be worth it. If I were Treyarch, I would notice the numbers and determine it’s a worthwhile investment to update the game in multiplayer, fixing anti-cheat, and definitely make a DLC for zombies. I still to this day play the b03 zombies, and sometimes play the multiplayer and would not mind spending upwards of $30 for a dlc
