Just found this earlier and after doing these once (except roller on floor one)as i have no strength in my arms to take my weight, I never have been able to do that even when I was skinny 😅My knee feels so very much better. I was told I would need a knee replacement by my Dr about 12 years ago. Now I’ve been told that it’s the muscles, ligaments and tendons along with a Bakers cyst that is the problem. I am now almost walking normally up & down the stairs after not being able to for 5 years with various exercises.Thank you so very much and I hope you realise and people like you just how much you help people like me. God bless you 🙋🏻‍♀️👍🏻🙏👏🌟

A very good video but can I suggest you give more time between stretches and put a timer on the video? It would also be good to start by saying this is a one leg session and people need to restart to do the other leg… it’s a bit hard to follow without any time inbetween exercises

Since 2010 I've been dealing with posterior knee pain, exactly the same in both knees. I've been to more doctors and tests than I literally can count. Zero answers. I've lived with chronic pain for 13yrs now. I've lost jobs, family time and money due to my chronic pain. Without pain medication I seriously can not hold a job down. People that have never suffered from chronic pain have no clue what life is dealing with it. Stretching works, but doesn't last for me.
