Chilli Cheese Omelette with Ground Beef #shorts

Never fear making an omelette at home. It is not difficult at all. With a few basic steps you can pull this off in minutes. Fill it with whatever you have on hand— it's a great way to use up leftovers!

1) Beat three eggs with a fork.

2) Finely chop a handful of jalapeños.

3) Fry the ground beef in a pan for 1-2 minutes.

4) Clean the pan and let 1 tablespoon of butter melt in it.

5) Pour the eggs into the pan and sauté them over low to medium so the bottom doesn’t get too brown or overcooked.

6) Let the eggs sit for a minute, then use a heatproof silicone spatula to gently lift the cooked eggs from the edges to the middle of the pan. Tilt the pan to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edge of the pan.

7) Add the filling but don’t overstuff the omelette. When the eggs begin to set, cook them for a few more seconds.

8) Fold the omelette in half. Slide it onto a plate with the help of a silicone spatula.

Done!

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 3 eggs
- 1 handful of jalapeños
- pinch of salt, black pepper
- 100gr of ground beef
- 1tbsp butter
- grated cheese (we used mozarella and cheddar)
