Typed the corrected command. System says something like... "Program runs successfully". But it did not correct my c++ runtime error :(

I have developed web application in VS 2005 while import excel data to gridview facing error Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library, I have found below version in my system.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005,
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008,
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010,
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013,
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2019
All have removed except 2019 will it work for me?

If you have less than 2GB of ram never put 2800 value, that can explode your OS or make it unstable when opening programs,
Based on your ram, you must use less values:
4GB: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072
3GB: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 2800
2GB: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 1512
And if you fucked up your machine, delete values and undo everything with command
bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa. Restart.

What if you have the Microsoft C + runtime error message and can’t run IE and you’ve done the 1st option and it didn’t work. I can’t physically get on to the internet at all in order to download another browser that’ll worth with my old Windows Vista HP Pavillion. There are ZERO Microsoft Visual C + + programs running in my computer to uninstall.

Installing visual studio redist generally does not fix anything. Not all, not some, but almost none of the problems. That is because a application using any of the redist kit (there is at least one for every version of Visual Studio by the way) will automatically install it during setup. Sorry, no magic silver bullet.
