He is warmongering from Europe all the way to Asia. Yes, China is building up its military because the US have been sending all it's aircraft carriers to the South China Sea n continue to conduct military exercise with Japan n SKorea which post a real threat to China. .
By the way when he mentioned that China did not condemn Russia on the Ukraine war, he is basically implying that India too did not condemn Russia.

NATO's reach is long, and its friends plenty. Their people are free, and their economies are powerful. While most people worry about finding building materials or coal to fire their ovens, most people in the West worry about Netflix increasing its fees.

If I wanted do fight the West, like many in these comments suggest they want, what would your response be to all of them pausing their streaming services and instead sending that money into their militaries? I mean, what most poor countries spend on the Army is what we spend on Disneyplus and stuff.
