Peter Farrar:- Washington NATO Summit 10 July 2024. General Secretary Jens Staltenberg addressed the Summit. In Febuary 2022, Putin massed his troops on peaceful Ukraine borders threatening invasion. NATO should of taken immediate action to place NATO troops in Ukraine to counter Putin's potential invasion. This NATO move would of prevented Putin's invasion & stopped Ukraine's infrastructure carnage & loss of thousands of civilians lives. NATO was too slow because their thoughts were focused on escalation, & that displayed weakness & that will make Putin laugh with his glass of prime vodka in his hand.
