Only NATO itself talks about war with NATO. Russia has never said anywhere that it wants to fight. Even more, Putin signed a peace act with Ukraine 2 times, which Ukraine itself violated 2 times and continued the war, and later Zelensky signed a law banning peace negotiations. Russia, on the contrary, wants peace and talks about it everywhere. I don’t understand why NATO specifically scares everyone with Russia, it’s stupid. If you look at Ukraine, it was Ukraine that started the war in 2014 by attacking the Donbass republics, and it was Ukraine that disrupted all the peace treaties that Russia agreed to two times! It seems to me that the only people who need war are not Russia, but NATO, in order to justify the fact of their existence.

The founding of NATO made sense for the USA after the Second World War to push back the dominance of the Soviet Union as the strongest power in Eurasia. But now, 35 years after the Cold War, Russia simply does not have the capacity and political influence to dominate Europe like the Soviet Union did. In addition, Europe is becoming significantly less important in relation to other parts of the world. It follows that, considering the national interests of the USA, it makes no sense to continue NATO.
