This is revolutionary. Never would have thought to cook eggs in a pan on the stove. I usually let them sit outside in the sun and let them slowly cook. This video changed my life.

My Black American Mom use to fry the eggs over easy in the bacon grease after cooking the bacon. Damn those eggs were good with buttered toast with grape jelly spread on it!!

Pro tip, put a lid on the pan and the contained heat will cook the top just enough to still leave you with runny eggs, rather than flipping or throwing oil around

I’m not Italian and I’ve been making eggs like that for decades!!
Thanks for your approval, I’ll be having mine with garlic, onions, put spinach on top then a lid!!

This is legit. My Italian mother also used a little extra olive oil when she put the chicken doughnuts right on top of the vidalia peppers. It truly has another taste to it. Then you just put it right on the plate like any food item.
