Shopping List:
Large Russet Potatoes
1 lb large shrimp
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2-3 stalks of celery
10 oz andouille sausage
3-4 tbsps butter
kosher salt
AP and Lemon Bae Seasoning
cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic paste
1-2 tbsp seasoned flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
diced chives

OMG, we made this tonight. It was amazing. We can die happy now. 😉 We are full, full, full and we both didn't finish our potato. We have pretty good appetites. We could have easily done half of everything. Half of a potato each. You all need to make this! I think I'm going to make some elbow mac and add it to the left over sauce and use it as a side for another meal. We are sitting here belly up with our paws in the air like two happy dogs. 😁
