This is one of my personal favorite compositions I composed a while ago. I decided to make this the introduction to my 2nd opus. I am planning to write a Modern Suite as my 2nd opus, and I think this piece really makes a good prelude to the suite.

I did some final touching to the score, improved sound and made some major corrections to this piece hence I reposted this.

The beautiful painting is "Impression, Sunrise" by Claude Monet and is in the public domain.

This is a beautiful music sound of the piano you played. I feel inspired to hear it. Very relaxing and very pleasing to my ears. I liked it. You're absolutely brilliant piano player on so many levels. Bravo my dear friend. Thank you for sharing. All the best to you. My subscription done to support your lovely channel.

I like this. Had to listen to it twice and focus through the reverb and the harmonies worked well for me then. Very subtle, meditative and fresh.

Interesting harmonies, always unexpected - it’s a very dreamy Prélude, Sam! Feels like coming from somewhere else - fantastic ✨

So colourful! It's hard to describe what I feel from this piece but it's almost like a sense of loneliness amidst a foreign town(like a scene from the game legend of dragoon)

You are definitely having your own language at this! It’s YOU, organic, original, pure and after no one. It’s such a refreshing breeze! 👏 bravo! Very curious: Is there a particular reason you mainly compose for the piano Sam?
