Which denomination of Christianity is true? If all others are heretics if you can't say or prove than what's the point ebe if you say it is true or truth. I am unsure in that regard to fully embrace the living and breathing God in heaven.

In islam, we believe god is one and who follows the commands of god go to heaven, while in Christianity, if anyone just believe in Jesus as god and does all bad deeds, he will go to heaven.
How is this logical or fair.

That isn’t a valid argument you just said it’s true because it’s true. Islam got hundreds of scientific proof and predictions from Muhammad(PBUH) mean while most Christian arguments are just it’s true because it’s true.
