How to determine the existence of an Oblique Asymptote (Slant Asymptote/Diagonal Asymptote) of a rational function, why they exist, and how to find them with long division of polynomials.

What is your routine for your upper body strength and core strength ?
Right now I'm doing every morning 10 reps of differential equations, a short pause, 10 reps of hard integrals, a short pause, and a few differential geometry problems. Should I do more ?
