Its been 7 days since i started trying to learn this. So far i can only play up to 0:54 nicely. The rest is pretty crappy bc im still trying to learn. Im a beginner and im playing without anyone teaching me so for those tryhards like me out there, this is what i did, practicing 10mins per day(you should do more if you can)
Day 1-5: Play up till 0.35 non stop, because that's the gist of the song. Get it all drilled into your fingers.
Day 6-7(so far): Tryhard my way to the end bc i already learnt the basic melody of the song.
P.S slow down the vid if your hands cannot keep up, or if you think this dude's fingers need to rest
I probably wont update this bc im a lazy person.(I updated) -_-
Day 7 onwards: Tried as hard to follow and around day 10(i think), I finally followed all the way to the end without issues. From there on I just played during my free time and during breaks when I feel sick of studying. Now it just sorta calms me down playing the song, since I can do this song without thinking. I am currently learning river flows into you but my next wave of tests, exams and more assignments are coming up, and some projects sprinkled on the top of my river of tears. Probably gonna learn it in 2 months seeing how little time I have. Thanks for the likes btw I have no idea why people liking this. :)

Update: I came back after the first wave of tests and exams. I finished learning the song a few weeks ago but couldn't update since im a lazy person lol.

I am looking forward to the tutorial. I downloaded the chord/tab sheet and I have that part learned. Now I need to learn more of the strumming and timing. Also I am playing at about 1/4 of the speed. Truly I am amazed that in just a few days I have gotten that far. I watch these videos and think “that is so good, I can’t see myself being able to do that” I think I can now. Ray of hope!!!
