When I lived in Japan as a kid, my favorite shirt said, "It's so moonshine that being in the empty dream, " and I will never forget it.

"Buy a man eat fish
He Day,
Teach fish man,
To a lifetime"

- Emily, who has always said that, and will stand by that 💕

Emily's rant over how adults are limited to really boring colors for stuff like trash cans reminds of how boring toothpaste flavors aimed at adults are in America. Adults: Mint or cinnamon. Children: Grape, watermelon, bubblegum. Screw you, I'm buying children's toothpaste.

That "Foopball, America's Spornt" shirt is something I unironically want so bad

My Portuguese mom got her ex to get a tattoo that says cão (which means dog in Portuguese) but she said it meant "my lover", because she figured out he was cheating on her. And this was in the 80s so slay girlboss mom ig

1:18 “Some of us are 23 years old and would still like to be cute!”

- As a 26 year old man, ma’am, I 100% stand behind that notion!

I would definitely wear one of these shirts in public just to mess with people.

I live in Japan and see these all the time. My favorite has been a sweater which just said "Words on a T-Shirt"

I’d like to join this discussion by contributing a shirt that I own. A Japanese exchange student once stayed with me. By the end, shirt couldn’t fit back in her suitcase so she let me keep it.
It reads:
“In search of the perfect style create babydoll”

I have no idea either.

There was a pic of an American wearing a T-shirt saying “blue lives matter” in irish. It was trending in Ireland, because the translation from English to Irish ended up accidentally saying “black lives matter”, instead of blue. Thankfully haha

I'm glad to know that this is an anti-greige zone. 😌

(Idk how popular the term is, but greige is the gray + beige aesthetic to those unfamiliar)

In some countries, we call underwear: pants. So the invisible pants one kinda makes sense, cause like you can't usually see people's underwear but like it's important

My late contribution to this is a shirt from Japan with two kittens on it. In large print it says "TOE BEANS" and below that it reads "Without friends, no one would choose to live, though he had all other goods"
