I have severe Vertigo and fall often but never unconscious but also have parasomnia and have black out seizeres where i do go unconscious he must had something like a combination of both but when i go out which is very rare its never alone and im strapped into a electric wheelchair but my hand could pusth the conrtoller forward sending it out of it was very hard to write this had to rewrite most words 3 time
