How to fix this websites security certificate windows-7-xp-8

WOW, as a Mac guy I've been trying to figure this stupid problem out for hours. Thanks for the fix, so simple if you know what it is. PCs are just overly complicated.

According to my understanding, the problem happens because the SSL certificate of the website is issued for a limited time. say between 01-09-2016 and 01-12-2016. Now when the computers time is different than that of the certificate, the computer does not recognise it a valid certificate

fastest way to fix!!! #1 check your Date and Time make sure they are exactly right for your time zone. if that is not the issue then go to. Start > Control Panel > Network and internet (may need to skip this one based on OS ) > internet options.
In internet properties (options) go to the Advanced tab. (make sure you don't have any browsers open) at the bottom there is a button ( Reset ) click that. then a popup will come up hit reset. i suggest ( delete personal settings ) checked. then hit ( reset ) after that. close everything that you may have open and restart your computer if it doesn't do that already.
