Gray I don't think the sirens has anything to do with drivers I think it's coded for them to react to the car with sirens on. I'd like to see if they act that way without anyone controlling the car. Like maybe on a towtruck on a flatbed they may have coded that tho so you may have to get creative to see if people respond to just a cop car with its lights on and moving.

The siren works for any emergency vehicle. Not just cop cars.

You can kill people sitting in a bus stop by shooting at the bus stop. You don't need to hit the civilians directly, they somehow take the damage that the bus stop takes.

You can also reload by Swapping weapons (at least in single player)

I’ve done the police car one before and it’s pretty fun to wait in the middle of the road and watch as when cars get near you and hear the sirens they park thinking they’re in trouble

I remember in Saints Row the Third everyone would try to pull over to the side of the road if you were in a cop car with the lights on.
