I found this video back in April when my iPad first started doing this. I tried force restarting it and it didn’t work, but then yesterday when I tried it again, it came back on and I haven’t had any problems since. Thanks so much! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Oh wow! I'm so excited! I hadn't used my ipad for over a year, I came across this video today & decided to try it while praying 🙏 and voila! Option 2 did it for me. THANK YOU!!!! For posting this video.
The guys at the Apple store told me l was better off buying a new iPad because fixing it would have costed almost the same amount as a new one, Ha!

Just wanted you to know, I went to my friends house because the Apple ID people said that I had to go onto a laptop and force it to restart through that. Came to my friends house, and it’s fixed. Thank you

Hey I did everything as you said. I used the link provided in the Video Description. However, ReiBoot doesn't offer the 3rd option that you clicked on - "Repair Operating System". Nevertheless, I clicked "Start" under IOS System Repair, downloaded the latest firmware successfully, put my iPad in Restore Mode and clicked "Start Standard Repair".. It then opens another window basically telling me to Register or Pay for access. It won't even let me register. Please help. My iPad is stuck on the Apple Logo at Startup. Please, please, please. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
