Costco Keto Haul!

Sometimes we go to Costco just to pick up one or two items and other times we go for a little bit of a haul. Today was one of those days where we picked up quite a bit of items, and just wanted to share them with you. Some thing that helps us stay on track on eating the best way that works for us is to have things on hand. Most of the time, we typically run into Costco for chicken wings or ground beef because these are items we like the best. Today we found a few new things. Next steps after buying in bulk is usually to separate out into single serving bags or single meal bags. Hope you enjoy!

I absolutely love the roasted garlic kiolbassa. I like it better than the jalapeño. Haven't tried the wilde chicken chips yet but I'm curious so I'll be on the lookout for them.

Great haul! We buy the AmyLu chicken sausages, and yes 3 link (lol) per serving, they are good. We have also had the raosted garlic kiolbasa..

I was close! I was $40 off on my guess for the total! Those amylu chicken sausages are soooo good!!

I was only off by about $50. If I am buying meat at Costco, I come out with about the same total. But they have good stuff, so it is worth it. James, you will have to call that sausage, 3 link chicken, lol.

Glad to know I’m not the only one who notices things like that. 🤣🤣🤣 Great haul! Costco is now 45 minutes from me (since I moved from NJ to SC in 2022) I’ve yet to make a run. I do however have 2 Sam’s nearby. Love the sweatshirt too! Oh, and my guess was $250.00. Close but no cigar
