Thanks for the video congrats on the weight loss . Kind of laughing at the third item the TV dinners they just throw in the microwave. I just got the bag of Lesser Evil, but now I can not have them according to my nutritionist, because of the coconut oil, I also have to watch the sodiums now :( I feel like there is nothing I can eat anymore except grass. I am getting really down . I am trying so hard to eat healthier, but tired of the limitations.

All good to know. I wish you would show prices (I did see a couple) I tend to spend way too much money when I go to Costco. Don’t forget the ever popular rotisserie chickens, what a bargain, $5 in my area! They also have a bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed chicken that is low carb in the freezer section.
