I been filing with turbo tax since 2004 or 05 till last yr. They have charging me every freaking yrs and every yr it get more expensive. So I stopped. And they also say we can get deductible if we pay for privious yr. But I never see that.

Well I’m going to find out how to get involved in this lawsuit, because when I started doing my taxes they said it was for to file no matter what. I did my taxes on 2-4-2022 and still haven’t received my refund! When I call them for help they can’t help me! Mind you I paid 250 for federal filling, audit representation, state filling and then they hit me with another charge for paying with my refund. I will never ever filled my taxes with this people!!! It’s been almost 2 month and I haven’t received my refund! Smfh

They the reason I had to do paper last year bc they didn’t have all the forms u need on e file! Then u have send you taxes by paper! They charged me $260 sum dollars bc I was self employed!

Yes Laura! This is the group I belong in. U had my taxes filed through the same taxpayer I’ve used for years and he has also used Turbo tax and there were never any issues until this year! I have been waiting since January for my refund! 🥲😞☹️🥲🥲
