Paul shows you how to set up a budget OBDII ELM 327 bluetooth interface that was less than $/£/€20 to purchase from a well known website.
Included is a mini disc which makes it easy to set up on a pc, laptop, tablet or smartphone so you can scan your cars ECU wirelessly to your device.
Using an android smartphone we downloaded a free App from the Play Store to test and demonstrate it working.
Other Apps including pay, free, in App purchase or subscription are available though it may or may not work with all.
The features available to use i.e. read codes, clear codes, remap, etc are dependant on the App/software.
