My Go-to Bank Fishing Rod, Reel and Tackle Kit

It's common to want to take your boat's tackle to the bank, but as Wired2Fish's Walker Smith notes, this can confuse what you should tie on and also limit your mobility.

Walker has created a simple bank fishing kit that stays in his truck year-round. It consists of a sandwich bag of select terminal tackle, another baggy of plastics that allow for vertical, horizontal, and twitching presentations, and 3 key rod and reel combos to employ finesse tactics right on through heavy tackle tactics like frogging.

Hi I hope you see this. You mention three rods and you use the word "action" with the terms medium, medium heavy, and heavy. I thought those terms referred to the rods power, not the action? Assuming you meant medium, MH, and Heavy power rods, what actions should I look for if I am shopping? Should I go fast action on all three (for example), please advise me, thanks!

I tried this several times and every time I needed something that I did not bring. Also, flip flops and whatever I happen to be wearing at the time is not an option. I got chiggers so bad I will never just walk down to a pond from my truck. So, for me it is an event.
