I have YET to see a video for beginners EXACTLY how you should be retrieving each lure, they just explain it very generally and expect you to understand. This video explained everything more than perfectly, I feel like I actually have a better idea of how to work some of these baits, especially soft plastics, and I'm only 4 minutes in! Well done man!

I have 3 boys and my middle boy is my indoor cat. I have to drag him outside and away from the video games. He recently discovered that he likes fishing but i know almost nothing about fishing. We have been out a couple times but havent gotten anything. I wasnt sure if i was actually doing anything right. Most videos showed what kind of bait to use but yours was the first video that actually showed how to properly use them. Turns out i was doing it all wrong. I bought my first fishing rod a few days ago (didn’t realize someone took the spool tension knob so I’ll have to figure out how to fish without it) and this video definitely gave me ideas on what to use and how to use it. I’ve fished a few times as a kid and enjoyed it, but never had a teacher.
