Thank you so much, I've had excruciating and uncontrollable neck pain for several months with no relief from exercises, stretching, or pain medications which I'm not a fan of in the first place. After doing isometric extensions, I nearly cried tears of joy, finally on my way in the right direction. Thank you again!

I really like those exercises where you push against your hand. I've been doing neck stretches without resistance and my neck didn't seem to get any better, in fact it often seemed worse. Great video, thanks.

Thank you so much for these! I am in PT for a Calcific Tendonitis in my Shoulder, and have recently noticed pain under my collar bone & my first rib clicking at the sternum, in addition to neck pain. My PT therapist recommended Isometric Neck exercises...and these are great. Thank you. Love all of your videos.

I always get left side neck pain from going to the gym every week. Specifically from shoulder pressing and using the rear delt machine. Your exercise # 5 & 6 made almost all my neck pain go away instantly. Thank you 💯

Omg! Thank you soo, soo much. I was recommended here by a Dr online. I had a headache that I couldn’t get away with not even meds for 4 days. This has helped tremendously. I did each exercise for 10 secs for a total of 5 reps and I have felt better than I have in the past 4 days. I can’t believe it. I NEVER right reviews but I had to write one because I was ready to give up on Dr’s.

Dr. Jo, you are simply put, a LIFE SAVER!! I have had constant neck pain for ovr a year - a doctor here in Japan- said it was neck spur, another doctor said it's a "tiny" neck spur and straight neck. . . It is absolutely no fun to live with pain neck. HOPE your exercises will ease the pain. I have always being active, and done yoga for very long. . . I am pushing 70 but -in my good days- I feel, and look 55. Please if you have any good advice, help me. February 26, 2020

Thanks, Dr Jo for helping me deal with my neck pain. It's something that has only happened recently, probably slept on it wrong. I'm hoping these exercises will help me get back to normal.

This is such a helpful video!
I have recently shifted and idk if its cause of the pillow or long office hours, my neck pain doesnt seem to be going away. And even massaging sometimes pains. Its mainly right at the base of my neck. Its been days since the pain started! Please advise!

Love you DoctorJo - feel so much better and helps greatly! I cycled for years with no neck problems... but after TPF fracture with plate & screws and long NWB... 20 months of rehab, I was so happy to start cycling again.... but then my neck became pathetic problem and right side curls into tight spasm and can't turn my head. Bleh! So now that my leg works, but gawww with my neck. Hope to figure out position to cycle without straining neck.
