This man has no idea, you cant learn TM on the cheap from someone who doesn't know how to do it.
It is a definite technique, extremely subtle, but easy and you must learn it from a genuine TM teacher. You must be disciplined to do it twice every day for about 20 mins, its very enjoyable so once you have learnt it and experienced it you actually look forward to it, it's like having a mental bath which affects your entire nervous system, you can feel the energy.

If you can't afford to pay then they can help you learn cheaper or even free, if you don't want to pay then you are not serious about meditation.
I've Been practising TM since 1978 and can vouch for its authenticity.Its been a lifesaver, a wonderful stress reliever without drugs..
I have no connection nor have ever had any interest in the TM movement. TM technique is all you need to find a wonderful place within, not all the other stuff they offer, and its so easy, so subtle, But you can unconsciously spoil it and it wont work, this is why you need a TM teacher to guide you..its not a cult or religion but a simple scientifically proven AGE OLD technique.
There are other techniques I have tried, TM is the easiest and the most powerful one I know of.
