I live on beef, bacon, butter and eggs. Blood sugar in the 80’s and blood pressure around 105 over 59. I am 72 and weigh 161.

I love your lives! I want to tell you about how I came to follow you .GOD told me to! Funny story, I saw your videos, and honestly I didn’t want to stick around because it seemed kinda slow moving, , , (my ADHD) the Lord spoke so clearly, go back, I want you to listen to him! LOL! So I did, and I’m so thankful, I have learned so much, and try to listen everyday, or whenever you make a post. The Lord is with you and He promotes according to His purpose and will. I was an Army wife, 2 tours, (divorced) I understand a lot of what you are sharing, it’s very meaningful and I am always praying for you and your family . I enjoy your sense of humor! As a side note, I am a Jewish Believer, and we do not keep kosher, something we have to keep a little quiet around our congregation so we don't get judged. I think your bacon joke was funny.

I’m disabled with debilitating back pain, am retired in order to care for my husband who really suffers medically, but I try to do something every day to get up & move around. I got goats so I’d be forced to get outside & take care of them —& they give me joy with frustration coz they’re curious creatures & love to explore. I read spiritual books & go to Mass (I’m a Catholic convert) as often as I can. I do all the housework in little chunks at a time (clean bathrooms on 1 day, laundry on another, etc.) I do these things & more, but I love how you compartmentalized the categories in which to make goals. I’m going to give it a go & be more intentional in my daily living. God bless you!
