Unfortunately, a large part of Hatay no longer exists. I watched it again for memories. It is one of the places in my country that I planned to go to and could not go to. I hope it will be rebuilt with the spirit of Hatay.

Just a little hint, my internet connection is so bad but if i've seen it right you throw your food into the bin instead you could leave it outside of the bin and stray cats and dogs could feed themselfs. And if you could make it into small pieces, it will be easier for them to eat. People who can't buy cat/dog food do that. So we don't waste our food and can feed our friends 🤗 lots of love to you guys 🌈

Some of that made me jealous, I love the food when in Turkey but must confess I have never had that cheese desert. I am usually full though before I get to deserts after the free balloon bread etc and my meal 🙈 The rose water desert doesn't appeal as not a flavour I like, had it in other things over there.

Hatay is great place for your taste buds, but if I would name one city as capital of great tastes and gastronomy, it would be Gaziantep. Have you been there yet?
