Then tell your child or children that its not true, and they shouldn't believe everything they hear. If it becomes a problem then you go to thier school with the other child's parents. If we keep feeding into this nonsense it will continue.

This sounds outrageous if it were true. Where is your evidence? Hearsay is not evidence. All children are pretty accepting of each other and (most) don't suffer the cultural delusions of adults.
