Thank you for posting content about this channel. It's VERY valuable. I'm not in the industry YET so here are some pros and cons assumptions. Am I off on any?

Cons:
1. Billing for insurance
2. Staff turnover
3. Paper work bureaucracy with the state (licensing, compliance, accounting, payroll)
Pros:
1. Lots of options (Seniors, Special Needs, Hospice, etc)
2. Lucrative (if you set up systems and hire good people)
3. Build great relationships with clientele (increases good will and referrals)
