I would use regular range address instead structural reference. As long as the address points to the entire column contents it is dynamic :)

Great video Mike! I'm not sure, but seems like Microsoft updated the calculation engine. No need of Indirect function. Just with Sort & Unique, works fine when copying to the other columns. Tested on Office 2021 LTSC 🤔🤔
