I paid for a month of Nebula just to see this video early. Didn't disappoint.
My next play through's gonna either be a gemsbok or a pronghorn y'all.

He called human structures a balance patch

This really underlines just how OP humans are

Truly one of the great North American animals. It fully outlived all of its enemies.

I'm a wildlife biologist in an area with pronghorn and one change we've started doing with older barbed wire fences is replacing the typical 4 wire fence with a 3 wire setup that has a smooth wire on the bottom. It still works to keep cows out and is far more pronghorn friendly! Great video as always.

I love seeing a majestic herd of prong horns on the Great Plains.

While going solo camping, I used to wake up to a party of pronghorns invading my camp. A lot of the times I could hear them walking around in the night. It made me feel good because I knew the pronghorns players would only hangout next to me if a predator build wasn’t close by.

The fact that mundane fences almost accidentally killed off these breathtaking creatures is simply heartbreaking. Glad they're doing better now.

When I was a child my mom used to care/rehabilitate ferrets and weasels, I learned quickly that ferrets truly are the clowns of the animal kingdom. I knew they were predators but I didn’t actually grasp at how much of a predator they were until one day a massive rat twice the size of my smallest ferret got inside and lets just say the rat got rekt. I had never seen something that was so small, so cute and so friendly and silly ravage another animal to this extent...Would love to see a tier list of both wild and domestic ferrets/weasels/minks etc :)

It's great that tierzoo also shines light on some of these underrated builds, would like to see more of them.

I was starting to wonder how pronghorns haven't become overpopulated, as no other build seemed to be able to catch them... then you mentioned the golden eagle. I think the pronghorn playerbase is perfectly fine as is, every prey build needs at least one predator build that can keep it in check.

Interesting how the pronghorn is the only member of the giraffe family outside of Africa.

A very cool build and one of my personal favorites!

Last year I had a job surveying birds in the short grass prairies of Colorado. Pronghorns were pretty common and were very curious, I think largely because they knew they were far faster than anything else out there. They would come up pretty close behind me and make a weird and loud bark / grunt noise which could be quite startling! Upon turning around they’d sprint a little bit away and then stop and stare at me as if they were trying to taunt me because they knew I couldn’t catch them! Very cool animals - I’m glad they are getting some love as I feel they’re very under appreciated!

Pronghorns are such an amazing build, and one of my favorites. Leftovers from the Pleistocene expansion that have OP mobility stats now that they're in the current meta, away from their former competitors.

have I mentioned how much I love your editing? the prong staring at you with the exclamation point, showing the cougar being sneaky. your editing is so on point and fun.

It's always nice to see TierZoo shine a spotlight on these obscure builds. Sometimes, it's the unknown innovations that produce the best results.

As a Nevadan, it really is impressive to see them at or near full stride. they really kick up sand behind them when they run.
