Also, poison dart frogs didnt "over spec" into poison. They have a simple poison absorb skill, they get their toxin from bugs they eat.

I think both the capybara and the tapir should be moved atleast 1 tier up.

The capybara isn't as helpless as it seems. They have an excelent sense of smell and good hearing + ad the fact that they live in groups means that sneaking up on one isn't easy. When they are attacked, they can run at 35kph, which isn't really fast, but fast enough that they can reach the water and dive in. Similar to the hippo, they can run underwater and can stay there for 5 minutes, meaning that if a predator isn't able to catch one unavares, it isn't going to catch it. Lastly, if they do get caught, they have powerful teeth that can do damage, though granted they aren't the most effective with their teeth. Then ad in the fact that they can eat a large variety of plants, meaning they don't need to travel far in search of food. The reason they are preyed on by a large amount of predators is because there are so many of them, and in my opinion, any animal that has a relatively large population shouldn't be low tier.

Next is the tapir, and it should be close to the higher tears. It's the 4th biggest animal in the Amazon, and that alone should make it a higher tier, since very few predators are going to attack it. Similar to the capybara, they have an easy time finding food, so they aren't going to starve or compete with other animals for food. They have an amazing sense of smell and hearing, meaning they can easily sense if a predator is nearby + ad the fact that they can reckognise the alarm call of other animals. They will freeze in place and stand completely still, as the dark color is a good camouflage. If they do have to run, they run at around 45kph, which is pretty fast for an animal living in the jungle. Their thich hide and roundish body means they can barrel through vegetation and makes is pretty hard for predators to grab it. Also similar to capybara, they are good swimmers, and will usualy run towards water when scared. They can stay under there for several minutes, and their trunk acts as a snorkel + their round bodies make it hard for caimans to grab on to it. Then lastly, if conrered, they have sharp teeth and are capable of biting a humans arm clean off, so they aren't the favored by predators unless there aren't any other prey to hunt. Also a last little form of defence they have is the mane that's on the back of their neck. Jaguars will often bite the back of the neck when killing something, so the mane acts as a small form of defence so the tapir can shrug the jaguar off itself.

So while both animals are far from being S tier, i don't believe they should be low tier either

This man doesn’t think that the plant player base exists. Typical Mammal main mindset.

Bush dogs are pretty noteworthy of a mention as one of the only canine builds that thrive there. They kinda operate like smaller otter so probably around high B or low A tier. Also since hippos are there now cuz of Pablo Escobar I think they should get a mention since they're likely to thrive unless intervention from humans. Hippos are probably a shoe in for S tier tbh.

Big fan of Tier Zoo myself and hope to see more of your videos; here's some advice for your future videos if you so wish to read:

Since you are going the video game aspect as well, i suggest more game aspects. You seemed to have dropped a lot of game aspects mid way through this video (at least visually). I also think you should include more passive abilities into the animal's abilities such as cold resistance, passive regeneration, tool use, etc. The tier list also should not be limited to PVP as many herbivores are not determined simply on how well they survive against other but also how they are able to withstand nature, obtain steady food source, mate, able to adapt if the environment changes, etc. Lastly I think you should not over saturate the S tier category; with exceptions of course.

Hoped my advices helped and look forward to your next video.

I personally love the river otter build. Mainly because of the mobbing ability.
