Here is the solution.
If you fill wrong option take a pen 🖊️ or any pointed object, circle that wrong filled option with considerable force, pull up the omr from one side to make that place hollow from below. Strip that wrong option makin a circular hole and the fill the right option. I have done many times . In this way while scanning of omr light will pass and it shall be considered blank

I made that mistake too.. Had to carry on with the the paper after sulking for a bit.. Still over thinking.. Maybe will get over it someday.. Not anytime soon though

2 Hacks which 100% works-

1) Scribble off the marked bubble with the help of nails or anything you can find..but do not tear the page then mark the correct option.. (it works 100% because OMR scanner just scans for dark spots..irrespective of what else is on the paper so it will scan your new marked answer...do not worry if option numbers are also gone it does not matter to the OMR scanner)

2) Fill another bubble so that OMR will reject that question (you won't get negative marks)

bhai mai 9th m hoon mere coaching m omr se test hota h, mere 4 tests ho chuke h aur charo m omr galat hua h abhi 19th 20th ata hoon agar galat n hota to 1st 2nd ata :(
