Hey guys, I’m sorry that this solution didn’t work for everyone. I am not an LED light expert, but these tips may help. Make sure the green light is on, on the part that plugs into the wall, make sure the strips are fully plugged in, make sure your outlet works. I hope this helps

This absolutely worked for me. I wanted to test the lights before I started unwinding the strip and peeling the backing tape off. The little bit of tape was preventing the plug from going in all the way, so I peeled it back a little and the plug went in completely and the light strip worked!
