Hi ! I got it in the medium + size. It was my dream bag and and I love it ! If I have to keep only one bag in my collection I will keep this one ! I love the kinda rock style and the chain ! I never regretted it.

I love them so much because it's not too flashy, perfect for every day use, can be dressed up or down, but usually for more casual look, & wearing them makes me feel like I'm not asking to get robbed in public, in comparison to the classic flap (which I also have, but only wear it in more safe environments). lol

The Boy is definitely for a certain type of person for sure. I have one of the medium sized and it’s wonderful for me. It’s the prefect day bag and I literally fit everything I need, even a mini umbrella. I wear pretty long extensions and never had the bobbles get caught in my hair when I wear it cross body, but I do have a shirt torso and slim shoulders so that could be why. I would be so pissed if it did rip out my hair. Definitely don’t think people should keep bags that don’t bring them joy. Sell it and use that money for something you truly love ❤️

I love mine. I have the old medium and I purchased irridescent chain links (chain) to use as a top handle. It's green lambskin with ghw.... it's a beautiful bag. However, it doesn't hold as much as I thought it would and when full, not stuffed, it can get heavy... I'm sure, like all my other chanel bags, this one will be a forever bag! I love that my color and leather are different from the norm... it's edgy!

I have it in the old medium size, lambskin, a medium blue chevron, LGHW. I wear it crossbody primarily and I love it!! It’s roomy enough. I always wear my hair up so the chain catching my hair is not a problem for me. I’ve heard a lot of people complain about that tho. I carry it more often than my classic jumbo, amd about as often as my reissue. It is an absolutely gorgeous bag I think amd I love it. It is a bit harder to open the clasp than my jumbo but that’s only because I’m careful to not scratch it. The small size would be too small for me.

Great points to think about! I definitely think the medium seems better size wise (I don't own the bag, but from watching videos, the medium seems like that sweet spot size for still being small but having more room!).

I can tell the bag really bugs you, sorry that your experience is so bad with the small boy. Funny most of the points that irritates you about the bag, some are what I appreciates about it.
I got a small boy as well. And it became the only Chanel bag that kept. I love it so much 💕
1. I love that the flap is big, I like the whole design of it on the bag which makes it so special.
2. I love the size small. I previously owned the medium size before as well but it was so boxy and it’s sticking out from your body that it’s hard to carry crossbody whereas for the small, it’s very nice to carry crossbody and even better as a shoulder bag (better than the classic medium flap)
3. The trick you pack things into the small boy is to not use pouches and wallets. You need to use them like a WOC. The cards you can use max a flat card holder and it can actually fit ALOT.
Overall I find this is one of the most versatile Chanel bags as you can carry in as a shoulder, double strap and crossbody. It matches when I dress up or down.
